Detailed Product Description

1)      ZXX/ZXQ series pneumatic diaphragm triple regulating valve uses vertical guiding structure with dual cores, supported by multiple spring actuator. The valve body applies cross structure, namely one in and two outs (shut type) or two ins and one out (confluence type), for the purpose of mixed temperature increase or decrease of fluid or unequal shunting of fluid, meeting service requirements by different work conditions. The integral design is characteristic of compact construction, light weight, flexibility of action, limited loss of pressure drop, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, easy of maintenance, etc., suitable for a variety of work conditions. The product is especially suitable for the temperature control system in heat exchanger in petrochemical industry and automation in other sectors.

2)  The series product offers several models: regular confluence (shunt) type, high-temperature confluence (shunt) type, etc. The nominal pressure rating includes PN (MPa) 1.6\4.0\6.4\10.0  (ASME Class:150/300/400/600), the valve body orifice scope includes DN(mm) 20-200 (3/4"~8), the leak standards include level IV/III and the flow characteristics include linear\equal percentage, etc. There are many specifications for your choice.

Types of ZXQ/ZXX:

*ZXQO Standard type, the operating Temperature -20 ~ +200, leakage grade IV .(PIC 1)

* ZXXG Heat dispersing type, the valve covers additional heat radiator which can be used for medium of temperature -60 ~ +450 occasions (PIC 2)

* ZXXV The bellows type, which guarantee the sealing of the movement of the stem to form a complete seal environment, blocking external fluid leakage (PIC 3)

NOTE: The bellows type and heat dispersing type mostly used in pneumatic triple structure.

 Spool \ seat are made of build-up satellite, suitable for high temperature \ deep cold and other harsh conditions.
