1)        ZXT, ZSQT pneumatic diaphragm/piston control valve (hereinafter referred to Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve) with high sealing on the hill shape side that create isolation (no stuffing)design, and the valve flow path is simple, smooth, can cover coating, particularly suitable for corrosion, toxic occasions.

ZXT applies multi-spring actuator, and the valve height and weight can be reduced by 30% respectively; the valve body surface has coating layer of a variety of materials to avoid direct contact with medium and withstand strong corrosion; the internal and external leakage ensures zero upon enclosure, particularly suitable for the regulation of toxic medium or medium that requested no pollution. The valve also enjoys simplified flow channel, small flow resistance and bigger rated coefficient than same caliber valve.

ZMQ / ZSQ series pneumatic shut-off valve

1)        ZMQ / ZSQ series pneumatic shut-off valve is an actuating unit in the pneumatic unit portfolio instruments. It can auto control or adjust the mediums pressure, flow, temperature and level parameters by the control system.

This series has a simple structure, light weight, easy to use and maintenance, fire and explosion-proof, open quickly and assures no leakage, therefore, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, paper making, printing and dyeing industry for the automatic control system during the production process.

 This series of products conclude ZMQ type (pneumatic diaphragm shut-off valve series) ZSQ-III type (pneumatic piston-type shut-off valve) etc. PN (MPa) 1.6 \ 4.0 \ 6.4 \ 10.0 (ASME Class:150/300/400/600); DN (mm) 15-200  (1/2"~8) ; leakage class: III /IV/ V/VI; This series has been widely applied in fluid vapor, flammable gases.
