Detailed Product Description

1)      ZDLSY electric operated y-shape trap valve: ZMQSY is a new-generation steam trap valve specially designed by our company for drainage of thermal power plant. The product is based on pro-linear flow design and secondary throttling theory for reduced erosion and enhanced service life. The valve core and seat apply integral hard alloy and the internal leak rate is ≤ level VI upon enclosure. The dismountable middle cavity sealing design avoids external leak and facilitates maintenance. The product is suitable for places with combustible or explosive substances and it can be turned on/off according to signal from control system or regulating instrument, thus meeting the service requirement for controlled parameter. Therefore, the valve product is widely used in sectors like thermal power generation.

2)      The product consists of two models positive action and reverse action. The nominal through diameter rating DN (MM) is 20~100 (3/4"~10)and the nominal pressure rating PN consists of 150lb (2.0MPa), 300lb (5.0MPa), 600lb (11.0MPa), 900lb (15.0MPa), etc. The applicable temperature is ≤600, the air source pressure (MPa) is 0.14-0.4 and the signal scope Pr (KPa) is 20-100 or 40-200. The leak rate is almost 0. The product also includes a variety of specifications.

  The electronic actuator has auto on and off types, When the input signal increases, the valve close position gradually shifted to the open position is electric open, when the input signal increases, the valve gradually shift from the open position to the close position is off type.
