1) ZSHWB/ZDRWB eccentric butterfly valve (high performance butterfly valve) it uses peculiar eccentric structure both valve disc and sealing gasket , with characteristics of compact structure, good shut-off property and long life, and compatibility of regulating and shut-off functions, which is widely used to cut off or regulate the processing mediums such as tap water, sewage, oil, air, coal gas, natural gas and water vapor in the industries such as chemical engineering, electric power, light textile, food, pharmaceutics, paper manufacture and pipes of municipal engineering and water plants.

2) The PN grade is ANSI(class) 150 and 300 and the DN is about 2-48 inches under the temperature of -60 450. The sealing grade of the metal sealing type is IV and the soft sealing VI. There is zero leakage and the flow property is equal percent approximately.

Characteristics:

       The valve body is made by weight impact structure, small cubage, forged and light.

       The disc is installed double eccentrically. When it is closed, the valve disc expands for the best sealing effect. When it is open, the disc disengages from the gasket quickly to avoid the abrasion of the gasket.

       The gasket is new-designed, simple-used and free of maintenance.

       There are soft and metal sealing for selection to meet the different demands of the working situation.

      The eccentric structure reduces the operating torque greatly.

       Low flow resistance and high rated flow coefficient which is about 3 times of that of the single valve seat with the same diameter.

        Strong self-cleaning ability and long service life.

       Non-flange structure is used for the valve and wafer type installation is used for process pipes.

       The standard actuator units (pneumatic plug type and electric) can be counterchanged.
