1) ZZFX series of explosion-proof fire retardant breathing valve using high-quality aluminum or cast iron, have advantages of light weight, good corrosion resistance. The sealing surface between the Valve plate and valve seat employ engineering plastics which guarantee the good sealing performance. Fire retardant layer adopt stainless steel, and use of porous flame-retardant measures create excellent fire retardant performance. The overall structure accords with self-principle design which is the best choice for explosion-proof structure.

2) This product is mainly used in petroleum products, or other chemical solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, benzene, toluene, ethanol and other media, There covered with a layer of nitrogen in order to prevent air evaporation or deterioration during storage and transportation or production process to assure the normal operation.

 
3) When the storage tank processing or the ambient temperature change or other factors affect the storage tank pressure fluctuations within the cover. The breathing valve can be quickly excluded from the above resulted fluctuation and maintain constant pressure inside the tank.
4) This product should equip with our pilot self-control valve or nitrogen-seal device.
