 ZDRVC series of desulfurization and denitrification equipment is a special electric lining ceramic ball valve designed and manufactured for slurry pipelines supporting large-scale coal-fired power plant. The valve replaced the imported products, used in the desulfurization and denitrification equipment such as slurry pipe absorber loop pipeline on. The product has advantages of high regulating precision, good cutting performance, strong corrosion resistance, and excellent anti-erosion and anti-blocking performance, long life and so on.

Features:

l        Body lined with ceramic (aluminum oxide), with strong erosion-resistance and long life.

l        The valve plugs using integrated ceramic (aluminum oxide) with strong resistance to chloride erosion performance, particularly suitable for corrosive and with particles like slurry medium.

l        Simple Flow path, good anti-blocking property.

l        The valve plug has opened a V port, the fluid can be accurately adjusted; flow characteristic is equal percentage.

l         The material of the core surface has been processed by precision machining and the sealing surface finish almost like a mirror, therefore, minimizing friction, the operation torque is small, easy and flexible to switch.

l        Complete sealing performance, airtight, so the leakage tests level up to VI.

l        90 °quickly open and close operation, small flow resistance, big rated Kv. Flange end connection.
